Using locally sourced ingredients our food and drink is wonderfully Welsh and we’re proud to showcase a number of local suppliers right on our doorstep.
Our menu focuses on seasonal availability of the best produce that North Wales has to offer. From our famous Conwy mussels to Welsh beef, our menu offers a true taste of Wales to both hotel guests and the local area.
Our restaurant is led by one of North Wales’ best loved chefs, Lee Smith who has had a long an successful career creating show stopping dishes that create a lasting memory of culinary greatness.

We’re not exclusively for guests of the Cae Mor Hotel, we’re open to the general public for dinner service seven days a week. You can expect an exceptional experience from our dedicated team when they welcome members of our beloved community into 1890.
